1. Scope of personal information collection
Mayfield collects customers’ personal information by lawful and fair means.
The personal information collected is limited to the minimum information necessary to provide service, and sensitive personal information (race, religion, ideology, place of birth, domicile, political orientation and criminal record, health status and sex life, etc.) that may infringe on customers’ basic human rights are not collected. However, for use of a specific program, some of the sensitive information is collected, and in that case, separate consent is obtained.
2. Purpose of personal information processing
Mayfield processes personal information for the following purposes. The personal information being processed will not be used for any purpose other than the following, and if there is any change in the purpose of use, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act will be taken.
Mayfield processes personal information for the purposes of confirmation of intention to join Homepage membership and managed membership, identification/authentication required for the membership service, maintenance/management of membership, identification pursuant to the limited identity verification system, prevention of illegal use of services, various notices, notification of the result, etc.
Mayfield processes personal information for the purposes of delivering goods or services, making reservations and providing services, sending contracts and bills, providing contents, providing customized services, verifying identity, verifying age, making payment/settlement, collecting debts, etc.
Mayfield processes personal information for the purposes of verifying the identity of the complainant, confirming the details of the complaint, making contacts/notices for fact-finding, notifying the processing result, etc.

4. Contracting of personal information processing
In principle, Mayfield performs tasks, such as handling and management of the collected personal information, on its own, but may entrust all or part of them to the following contractors (entrusted companies) if it is necessary for smooth performance of the tasks.
